We are putting together a volunteer team to support our English as a Second Language (ESL) classes and citizenship classes. We need your help! Our mission is to create a welcoming and effective learning environment and make a real difference in our community.  

Classes and meetings will primarily be held in Aloha at our Welcome Center (2270 SW 198th Avenue), with the possibility of expanding to other locations in the Portland metro area depending on interest.

We are currently seeking volunteers for the following roles:

  • Teachers: Lead or co-lead a class.

  • Organizers: Help with administrative tasks, scheduling, and volunteer coordination.

  • Food Assistance: Offer snacks and drinks to students during class.

  • Childcare: Watch children so parents can attend class without worry.
